Policies
If you’re located in our local service area, your Firefighter Pool Pump may be delivered directly by one of our Expert Pump Operators (EPO). All other orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx ground service and typically arrive within 5–7 business days after processing.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Expedited shipping is available upon request.
