By accessing this website and/or purchasing from Firefighter Pool Pump LLC (“Firefighter Pool Pump,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase products from us.

1) Sales & Orders

Order acceptance. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, inventory issues, or pricing/description errors.
Pricing. Prices and promotions may change without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
Taxes. Sales tax (if applicable) is calculated at checkout based on shipping address and local requirements.
Payment. We accept approved payment methods displayed at checkout. Buy-now-pay-later options (e.g., Klarna/Affirm) are subject to the provider’s approval and terms.

2) Use, Safety & Liability Notice

Important: The Firefighter Pool Pump is intended as a supplemental tool for wildfire preparedness and prevention purposes only.

No guarantee. This product is not a guarantee of property protection, fire suppression, or personal safety.
Results may vary. Pump performance depends on proper setup, fueling, maintenance, and environmental conditions.
Use at your own risk. Firefighter Pool Pump LLC assumes no responsibility if the pump fails to start or operate during an emergency due to improper setup, maintenance, user error, or unforeseen mechanical issues.
Not a substitute for professionals. This product is not a substitute for professional firefighting services or emergency response. Always follow official evacuation orders and rely on trained professionals for active wildfire response.
Safety first. Never attempt to fight a wildfire alone. Prioritize evacuation and follow instructions from local authorities and fire professionals.
Follow the manual. Always read and follow the Operator’s Manual, labels, and safety instructions. You are responsible for safe operation and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3) Warranty

Any warranty coverage (if provided) is described in the warranty documentation included with the product and/or on our website. Except as expressly stated in writing, we make no additional warranties.

4) Returns & Exchanges

Our return eligibility, process, and timelines are described in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Some items may be non-returnable or subject to restocking fees where permitted by law. Please review the Returns policy before purchasing.

5) Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping methods, estimated timelines, and delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss may transfer upon delivery to the carrier or delivery confirmation, depending on the terms stated in our Shipping Policy and applicable law.

6) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the liability of Firefighter Pool Pump LLC is limited to the purchase price of the product. Firefighter Pool Pump LLC shall not be responsible for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including (without limitation) property loss, personal injury, or loss of life, arising from the use of or inability to use this product.
